My Top 20 iTunes...yikes...
So, I decided tonight that I wanted to see which songs are most popular in my iTunes...yeah. It's kind of embarassing. :)
So just for everyone to make fun of me....here goes. But make sure to vote for me, if you haven't already. And any Ripon history people should read my instructions on how to get a good grade in history, if you haven't done that. Hehehehe...it's funny 'cause it's true.
Top 20 Songs in Lauren's iTunes...
1. Kelly Clarkson - Since You've Been Gone (yikes????)
2. Keane - Everybody's Changing (uh, went through a major Keane phrase. i'm getting over it.)
3. Keane - This is the Last Time (like I said....)
4. The BeeGees - How Can You Mend a Broken Heart (it was in the movie Notting Hill!! well, the version by Al Green was, anyway, but I don't like that version, which I also have. Aaaaaaargh.).
5. Keane - Somewhere Only We Know (Keane phase...again)
6. Hanson - MMMBop (yeah, that was a well-kept secret!! damnit!)
7. Larry Groce & the Disneyland Children's Choir - Grandfather's Clock (from the folk song research...well, that and watching too much Garfield & Friends which uses this melody in the background periodically...)
8. Norman Blake - You Are My Sunshine (from the age of a snow globe at Snoopy Boutique...)
9. Jump, Little Children - Dim and the Dark (aha! i just love JLC!!!)
10. Jump, Little Children - Hold You Down (more JLC! come back to Wisconsin!)
11. The Firesign Theatre - Deputy Dan Has No Friends (only pot-head hippies from the 70s listen to Firesign Theatre...well, that and the kids of pot-heads hippies...)
12. The Postal Service - Be Still My Heart (i heart the Postal Service...many thanks to Emmielee)
13. Night Ranger - Sister Christian (uh, thanks to Buttface Nakielski...)
14. Kelly Clarkson - Behind These Hazel Eyes (i don't even LIKE this song...but since i have the entire Kelly Clarkson album on iTunes, this falls right after Since You've Been Gone..so there)
15. Simon & Garfunkel - The Only Living Boy in New York (kind of unfair, as I have this one on twice...and if i only were to have it on once, the total times listened to would be 19 instead of 12, and bumping it up to tie with Deputy Dan Has No Friends)
16. Boyz II Men - Yesterday (of choraliers fame...)
17. Dave Brubeck - Blue Rondo a la Turk (yaaaaaaaaaay dave brubeck!)
18. Jump Little Children - Rains in Asia (yaaaaaaaaaaaaay JLC! everyone should listen to them. and their website is in my links - see sidebar - for your convenience!
19. Pat McCurdy - Screw You (of april 2004 fame....)
20. Kermit the Frog - The Rainbow Connection (and for my undying love of The Muppet Movie!!!!)
Well, I never said my music tastes weren't just a bit strange. ;)
